Nurul Fatihah is a Legal Associate at Rabinder Budiman & Associates, having joined the firm on 25 March 2026. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 20 May 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice from Universiti Teknologi Mara.
Before joining RBA, she gained extensive litigation experience in high-value disputes, handling matters with claims exceeding RM180 million. Within her first four years of practice, she appeared before courts at every level of the Malaysian superior and subordinate court system, reflecting the breadth of her advocacy experience.

Fatihah’s practice at RBA focuses on dispute resolution and litigation across a broad range of matters: commercial and contractual disputes, construction disputes and CIPAA adjudication, employment and industrial relations, corporate insolvency, land disputes, probate and administration, tax-related litigation, defamation, and enforcement proceedings including garnishee applications, writs of seizure and sale, and bankruptcy actions.
Her career before RBA was built on the kind of exposure that takes most practitioners a decade to accumulate. At Messrs Hashim Amran Tabian Ahmad, she handled high-value commercial disputes with values exceeding RM180 million, matters involving the Director General of Customs, liquidated ascertained damages claims, and defamation actions. She appeared at the Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court, and Industrial Court.
Her Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice from UiTM is an academic qualification.
