Nabilah Jasmine is a Senior Legal Associate at Rabinder Budiman & Associates. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 14 July 2017 and has been in active practice for approximately nine years, across private litigation and in-house counsel roles.
Before returning to private practice, Nabilah worked as in-house counsel, advising on corporate risk management, regulatory compliance, and contractual disputes from inside a business. That experience gives her a perspective most litigators do not have: she understands how businesses think about legal risk before they end up in court.

Practice & Approach
Nabilah’s primary focus is civil and general litigation. She acts for clients in commercial and contractual disputes, family and matrimonial matters, industrial relations proceedings, fraud and energy theft cases, criminal proceedings, probate and estate administration, and debt recovery.
She is experienced in negotiation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. The thread running through her practice is the same whether the matter is commercial or personal: she approaches it with the clarity and structure her in-house background instilled.
She can talk to a general counsel the way a GC thinks, and she can translate the same position into plain terms for a client who has never been to court before. That range — from corporate risk management to family litigation — is what makes her practice at RBA broad and what makes her advice grounded.
